Research the clinical effectiveness of a consultation, including detailed emotional screening and patient-talored care, for emotional complaints in discharged ischemic stroke patients. Results showed that screening and patient-tailored care for cognitive and emotional problems decreases anxiety three months after ischemic stroke.
